The first meeting was held in Norman on October 27 with about 30 people in attendance. At that meeting we laid out the purpose, flow and logistics of the program. Then we opened the first module on the importance of connectivity and personal networking in a world that is information-rich and in constant transition. The group paid attention and stayed with the presentation even though it was unfamiliar and they did not have a lot of explanation prior to the meeting. This program is highly experimental in both format and content. The original proposal is to run this program from October to April every year for the next four years (at least). It will grow and change as we learn from one another and as the world of work evolves around us.
